Dying Light a game that brings back a fresh take to the zombie survival series

Dying Light is unlike a lot of zombie games we get in our gaming community. I want to talk about why its so refreshing playing a game that steps away from the typical generic zombie shooter. First off Dying Light is not a shooter, Although you have the option to use guns. The real fun comes from the many melee weapons, that you can either buy with money or find, Each weapon has different stats and can be upgraded and modded, Example I could find a rare machete and mod it with a flame or ice ability, not only is this rewarding but very fun to mess around with. The most refreshing trait about Dying light has to be its open world, but not only that but the way you from place to place. The movement is parkour based and allows you to quickly vault over zombies, climb up walls and other obstacles  and even grapple hook, I could go into more detail but ill save that for the review. Dying Light does take a lot of cues from previous zombie games such as dead rising with an open world setting and various weapons, to left 4 dead with excellent coop, But that's just some of my insight and thoughts stay tuned for my Dying Light review.
