Rainbow Six Siege review

Rainbow Six Siege is a game that I wasn't really excited for in 2015 but once I picked it up I couldn't stop playing it. The first thing I want to note is that this game is only rainbow six in name only. The game doesn't play or feel like previous titles in the series that's not a bad thing but I feel it should be called something else. This game feels more like a moba each character has certain abilities that help to defend or attack. This adds great verity to the game. the down fall of the game is that it has no single player and has only two modes to choose from not to mention constant server errors that can make finding matches tedious. I really wished that the characters had more personality and I feel a single player campaign could of brought that out. Speaking of characters all of them have great design and all stand out, my personal favorites being Sledge and Mute. The game also has customization for guns but its only bare bones as certain players can only use specific guns. The game play is great busting through windows and rescuing the hostage is fun. Playing terrorist hunt is very basic but if you play on the highest difficulty with friends it can be a blast. The maps in rainbow six are excellent and all vary in size from a bank to a bar these maps keep the game fresh from match to match. To sum it up Rainbow Six Siege isn't the Rainbow Six to succeed older titles but it is a very fun multiplayer game that hosts a variety of maps characters and abilities that allows for great strategy for you and your team to create. while the lack of character depth server errors and a single player campaign bring the game down a bit but this is a game that most people will have a good time with. my score is 7.5/10
